GZLV events are designed to foster open, respectful, and student-centered civic dialogue. All participants are expected to contribute to a professional and constructive environment.
GZLV reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke participation or attendance at its sole discretion.
Participation may be denied or revoked for individuals who have demonstrated conduct inconsistent with our standards, including:
Proven unethical or unprofessional conduct that harms others
Harassment, intimidation, or exploitation
Actions that undermine fair and respectful dialogue
Disregard for event structure, moderators, or participants
Decisions are based on conduct, not political affiliation or viewpoint.
All attendees and participants are expected to:
Engage respectfully, even in disagreement
Follow moderator instructions and time limits
Avoid personal attacks or disruptive behavior
Contribute in good faith to the discussion
Excessive profanity, inflammatory language, or targeted insults are not permitted
Strong viewpoints are welcome, disrespect is not
Audience members must remain orderly during all segments
Business casual or presentable attire recommended
Speakers and participants should present themselves professionally
No attire intended to provoke disruption or distract from the forum
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the event and restriction from future participation.
